What is coaching?

Coaching is a process in which the coach supports the client in reaching an objective in his or her life or work.

Coaching provides a space for self-awareness and reflection which will foster the openness and will towards successful actions and autonomy. It is in this ‘’meeting and questioning“ space between the coach and the client that the eye-opening effect, solutions and small steps towards the objective start appearing.

Different tools and techniques are used in a coaching process, enabling the client to change his or her point of view, to unlock his or her potential or mobilize his/her resources to reach his/her goals.

How long lasts a coaching process?

The coach and the client work together over a few-months period or a predefined number of sessions. In general, a coaching process spreads over 6 to 12 months. Each session lasts about one hour.
